Elm City Images was founded in 2010 in New Haven, Connecticut by local photographer Jonathan Bailey with the goal of promoting photography as a true art form and providing the absolute best in photographic services. For over 30 years Jonathan has been fascinated with photography, a passion which began at age 14. Posessing a natural ability to capture human emotion and environmental beauty Jonathan's skills are highly sought after by those who seek only the very finest in their photographic representations.

Besides being well known for creating unique and visually stunning images for a variety of clients, Jonathan collaborates regularly with other artists in the fashion and visual arts industries. He also shares his love and knowledge of photography through mentoring and facilitating monthly workshops. Outside of photography, Jonathan spends most of his personal time in the joyful company of his greatest supporter and committed helper, his wife Chaundra and their two sons Langston and Lelynd.
